1. Provision of Website
This website (the "Site") is provided by Volt Europe Limited, on behalf of itself and its sister companies (hereafter referred to as “Volt”) conditional on your acceptance of the terms and conditions, set out herein (the "Terms"). By accessing or using messages, information, data, text, software, images or other materials from this Site (the "Materials") and by sending Materials to the Site, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of any entity on whose behalf you may act, to accept and abide by these Terms for each use and visit of this Site. In using the Site, you are personally responsible for your actions and communications, undertaken or transmitted, separately from any responsibility your employer or other party you represent may have for your actions. You are licensed on a non-exclusive basis, to use the software solely for the purposes expressly stated on the Site. 9. Jurisdiction and Enforceability
These Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be void or unenforceable, all other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Any waiver of any breach or default hereunder, shall not constitute the waiver or any other subsequent breach or default.
