About me
I am an Executive Search & Recruitment leader with 15 years experience, 10 of which covering the APAC market.
My focus with Innova International is managing executive searches across APAC as well as leading and growing a team of Consultants delivering mid - senior level searches across HR, Accounting & Finance and Business Services.
I have a keen interest in the Singapore Start Up scene and particularly enjoy working with Founders and their leadership team as they look to try and scale their business in the region.
Having lived and worked in the UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore I have built up an extensive professional network across EMEA & APAC along with a deep understanding of the challenges of talent identification & attraction across these geographies. Each market has its differences and nuances but that's what makes working in this region in particular such an interesting challenge.
I have built and run recruitment teams and have a proven track record of successfully completed retained searches across all corporate functions as well as more niche areas but with a key strength in HR and Accounting & Finance.
Examples of successful searches have included VP HR, Group Head of Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Director, CFO, APAC Finance Director, FP&A Director, C&B Director, General Manager, APAC Projects Director, Head of Marketing, Sales Director, Product Managers and Head of IT.

With DE&I being such a new position for many companies here in Asia employers have had to think differently about where they look for talent.
Each lunchtime zoom session features guest speakers and thought leaders who share their own perspectives and experiences with the audience on the topic at hand.
