Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Selling services/warranties to customers by making recommendations
- Keeping up to date with industry developments, operating systems/software/hardware, and company policies to ensure proper communications to customers
- Administering systems' functions on sale order opening/closing/balancing
You will ideally have:
- Good grasp of written and spoken Japanese
- Experience in sales/tele-sales
- Strong command of MacOS, Windows OS, and Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge in RAID functions, HDD storage, and data recovery
