Technical Lead - OutSystems (.Net/AWS)
A leading organization headquartered in Singapore is looking for a passionate, strategic and technical candidate to join in and lead the technical team and projects for digitalization processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Provide technical lead, architecture, code review and development to deliver comprehensive digitalisation solutions to corporate units base on OutSystems platform.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the business requirements and IT solutions specifications
- Review and write project-related technical documentations
- Assess the impact of new requirements and enhance the system
- Work with internal key stakeholders, vendors and team members to design effective technical solutions to address business requirements
- Maintain a high level of quality standards within the development team by adopting best practices in DevOps environment
- Address any issues related to ICT security, performance, and system availability
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging threats, and technologies to understand the risks and opportunities presented to the organization
Key requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Software development and 3+ years of experience in lead position.
- In-depth hands-on experience on OutSystems.
- Track records on projects across .NET technologies.
- Experience in working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.
- Experience in using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good strategic planning and project management skills.
- Great communicator and team leader.
