Our client is well known in the engineering industry and due to continued growth, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team here in Singapore!
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be looking after recruitment for the Singapore business. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing end to end recruitment, predominantly for engineering roles
- Constant communication and follow up with hiring managers on job requirements
- Sourcing candidates through different channels
- Screening and interviewing of candidates
- Organising post interview sessions with hiring managers to obtain feedback
- Pipelining projects for talent
- Ensuring that the recruitment process is smooth and effective, keeping candidate experience top of mind
- Assisting with implementing employer branding initiatives
- Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events
- Assisting with campus recruiting
Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 to 6 years recruitment experience within a MNC, and in a blue collar environment
- Ability network, use social media effectively and utilise different sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Previous experience implementing recruitment initiatives (employer branding, referral programs) is an advantage
- Ability to think outside the box
- Always looking to improves processes and systems
