My client is a leading organization in Supply Chain Consulting Services. Currently looking for 2 Indirect Sourcing Buyers (Jr and Sr) to join their Procurement Services team. The ideal candidate must have experience sourcing for indirect services such as: IT (Hardware and Software), Telecommunications, Insurance, Marketing, Travel, Banking, Professional Services, Facilities, etc.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Provide professional procurement services to domestic and international clients from diverse industries
- Ensure both; effective internal and external communication to meet a high standard of customer service
- Provide current and future spending analysis to clients, identifying and proposing cost reduction opportunities
- Implement commodity/category strategies with the objective of reducing clients' costs and improving the quality of their services
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers/vendors across different industries to ensure they meet client's expectations
- Execute end-to-end procurement projects ensuring quality and timely delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Law or relevant field
- At least 6 years (Junior)/10 years (Senior) of experience Sourcing for indirect services (IT, Insurance, Banking, Professional Services, Travel, Marketing, Facilities, etc.)
- Strong knowledge and/or experience in Contract Management
- Strong communication skills to be able to negotiate with business partners, clients, vendors and suppliers in both; English and Mandarin
