My client is a global leader in the manufacturing of complex equipment and now seek an experienced Trade Compliance and Inventory Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Assume prime responsibility for inventory management (control and compliance) and production cycle scheduling
- Create Major Exporter Scheme (MES) and Inventory Reports and liaise with different departments to improve JIT/VMI/Suppliers' Inventory issues
- Liaise with Production and Purchasing team to manage and resolve weekly material issues
- Provide performance measurements on key production and planning activities
- Drive projects to strengthen department and organizational productivity
- Analyze SAP inventory transactions to resolve discrepancy and enforce compliance process
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics/Transportation/Inventory Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong SAP experience (Material Master/Multilevel Bill of Materials)
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management and Financial Transactions Implementation
- Prior experience in implementing end-to-end processes to optimize supply chain management and financial transactions
- Experience in managing small team of logistics staff and 3PL or equivalent work experience will be a plus
- High level Excel and Access skills required to analyze data and generate reports
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Access & Excel)
