This role has come about with a renowned pharma MNC organization to join a driven and dynamic team in Singapore. This exciting role comprises of high responsibility for the sales activities for assigned product portfolios in the Singapore sales operations. You will be leading a team of sales representatives in Singapore with the objective of achieving the agreed target and expenses control.
You will develop a business plan covering sales, revenue and plan of action, alongside providing high standards of ongoing training for the medical representatives so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company's products in an accurate and balanced manner. You will partner with internal & external customers and establish what can and can't be done within the agreed timescales. You will also set priorities for the team that are aligned to delivering a product and/or service that meets the relevant stakeholders' expectations.
To be a successful candidate, you would have at least 5 years of relevant experiences in sales management in pharmaceutical industry, ultimately with sales team coaching or management experience. You would have experience in selling Specialty Care products within the pharmaceutical space.
