I am pleased and excited to work on this retained search for my client, who is a leading International name in the Renewables Industry and is well known for their sustainability innovations across many industrial verticals. They are currently setting up a R&D Centre in Singapore and they are looking to hire a seasoned Researcher, who will be responsible for Process Development and Process Scale up of new product applications from the lab to full scale production in the plant.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a Recognized University
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in Research Process / Product Development /Product applications / Process Development within Specialty Chemicals Industry
- Experience in working in a Manufacturing plant / Production Site Environment is a big plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
