Committed in managing the overall project delivery, reporting and review of process for portfolios of projects and managing stakeholders' expectations. - Proven track record of managing large-scale CRM projects and quality deliverables
- Stakeholder management
- Vendor management
- Provide program management oversight to portfolios of projects, overseeing direction, development and implementation of CRM software solutions
- At least 5 years of experience in managing implementation projects of Salesforce CRM systems
- Salesforce Administrator certified
- Experience in regulated industries
- Strong communications skills
- Resilient during challenging and difficult times
