This role has come about with a rich heritage pharma MNC company to identify a talented professional to join their first-class team in Singapore. This is an exciting role to manage a portfolio that consists of some market leading drugs and play a lead role in an upcoming product launch. As part of the role, you will build a strategic marketing plan as well as ensure its successful implementation. This will include localizing the brand strategy to cater to short and mid term goals and effective management of promotional budget, forecasting, inventory and pricing.

You will gather market intel and understand the competitive landscape to guide the marketing activities for an increased sell through and market share as well as identifying growth opportunities. This role will require a well thought through tactical plan that covers brand building, product trainings, marketing collaterals to ensure scientific data is provided to HCPs. Product management from pre to post launch and playing a strategic role in ensuring it meets market requirements and proactive approach to hospitals and other channels.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant marketing or product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience in product launch or pharma sales will be beneficial. You should be results oriented, creative and resilient with demonstrated ability in problem solving. Proven ability to work effectively across functions in the organizations and good KEE and customers relationship management. Good knowledge of the impact of commercial activities in the market as well as how Regulatory and Governmental affairs can impact and shape the marketplace. Strong communicator and interpersonal/presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
