My client is a recognised name in the semiconductors industry and now seeks an experienced Product Engineer (RF Communications)
Responsibilities:
- Assume prime responsibility for smooth ramp of new production introduction into high volume manufacturing in APAC manufacturing sites
- Effectively collaborate with leaders and resolve issues in product yield, quality, and test optimization
- Improve product test yield and quality such as yield performance trend, dip analysis to meet yield goal
- Ensure proper material investigation and disposition including on-hold lots (wafer probing and package test) investigation, to meet the business objectives
- Collaborate with test and application engineering on program verification, debugging, correlation and validation
- Collaborate with Product Engineering Team on Test NPI activities including prototype lots testing, new product planning, preparation and key performance index
- Investigate and troubleshoot test related issues in a continuous improvement approach and consolidate standardization
- Maintain effective working model and collaborations efforts with Product Development/Test Engineering team and Application Engineering team
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with at least 5 - 8 years' experience in semiconductors
- Strong understanding of RF communication systems and RF front end component technologies
- Experience working with test equipment such as ATE RF tester, handlers or probers
- Experience with Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, RF simulation and debugging toools will be a plus
- Experience with DMAIC Methodology
- Programming in either C/Java/VB.net/JMP scripting
