Responsibilities:
- To manage the insurance services business, conduct marketing analysis for competitiveness and work with strategic partners to develop & implement new insurance products and/or enhance existing ones
- Look to lead and motivate the insurance service team to achieve business targets, key performance indicators and customer service standards
- Formulate and implement marketing plans relating to insurance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns & promotions
- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements and guidelines from GIAS and the relevant authorities
- Evaluate statistics, prepare the monthly performance reports and proposals for Board of Director's approval;
- Act as consultant to the Organisation's insurance & / claims matters
- Conduct in house training for staff
Requirements:
- Degree / Professional Qualifications in General and Life Insurance with min 8 yrs management experience in motor, general and/ life insurance with business development acumen
- Well versed with compliance requirements within the insurance industry
- Customer oriented and a good team leader with good interpersonal skills
