An opportunity has come up with a global medical MNC for a Senior Manager to manage the operational aspects of Commercial Excellence projects. This includes collaborating cross functionally including the projects teams and the commercial leaders. You will play a key role in prioritizing projects driving the commercial excellence agenda, ensuring resources are well placed to support effective execution and review progress of them.

This role will require you to develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress of these projects and problem solve for any possible issues that arise. You will keep communication lines open and regularly updates business leaders including developing best practices and developing a commercial excellence program deployment playbook.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure delivery to timelines. An MBA or master's degree in project management of healthcare will be advantageous. You should have at least 10 years of work experience in a healthcare MNC or healthcare consulting firm with track record of success working in a matrix environment.
