Our client is a fast-growing world-class brand who puts their customers first and strives to give them an unparalleled experience. As part of their expansion, they are looking for marketing manager for the Singapore market to lead marketing initiatives and implement best in class cross channel media plans including offline, SEM and SEO, email marketing and social media.

You will lead the dive deep and identify customer segments and insights to map the customer funnel and design marketing initiatives that drive adoption of new shopping behaviors that lead to repeat purchase. Develop innovative ways and tools to communicate with customers and own campaign targeting, segmentation, messaging, and planning. Build strong relationships with business including global teams and external agency vendors. Ensure strategy alignment through strong coordination with wider marketing teams globally, leveraging and contributing to global and regional best practices

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of work experience in a well established FMCG or ecommerce business in marketing. Brand building and turning around a non-performing business will be valuable including new product launches. You should have managed a large portfolio and being able to optimize brands that require higher visibility. Experience in customer relationship management and/or membership programs. Track record of delivering customer insights and executing cross channel marketing campaigns to drive customer activation and retention. Strong influencing skills with ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders. Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done.
