Senior Business Analyst
An opportunity to work on Digital Projects with a globally recognized organization, focusing on Application Support, collaboration with vendors/business units to derive business requirements to facilitate and execute support on different modules within a CRM system/application.
This position will start off as a 1 year contract, renewals and conversions are possible.
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform Analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting of raised issues.
- Collaboration with vendors and users to gather and analyze requirements
- Perform/Support UATs prior to deployments/implementations.
- Managing/Liaising/Co-ordination with vendors for L2/L3 support to ongoing business applications.
- Supporting Application Deployment/troubleshooting, change requests.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring project performance and delivery.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 3 years working experience in Application Support/Maintenance in vendor environment.
- Working experience in IT projects/domain.
- SQL Proficiency
- Experience in cloud working environment will be an added advantage.
- Track record of effective communication with stakeholders and vendors.
