A multinational hospitality and real estate asset management firm is seeking a Senior Brand Manager. In this role you would be responsible for the management positioning, conceptualization and customer journeys of a portfolio consisting of travel accommodation and serviced apartments ensuring ultimate performance in the market.
As a brand leader, you would be up to speed with market trends and competitor movements to identify opportunities and potential changes to be made to successfully achieve goals. You would own the various brands' brand stories comprising of visions, and ideal customer experiences. You would be the main individual behind the shaping of customer journeys incorporating brand-specific impressions. You will collaborate with other corresponding departments on the development of brand specifications for each brand, ensuring that guidelines are aligned and standardized, and have a positive impact on the performance of the brands and on the company.
To be successful in this role, you would be able extremely analytical and result-driven to always deliver concise, quick & efficient service. You would also be highly capable of working under pressure against deadlines while constantly contributing new ideas and projects to the team. Ultimately, your main goal would be to build a strong team and inspire and encourage the team to exercise open communication to efficiently and successfully meet the goals of the stakeholders and organization.
