Senior Application Scientist - Texturants/Emulsifiers/ Stabilizers/ Hydrocolloids
Our client is a leading International Food Specialties Business who service a broad range of food manufacturers across the globe. As part of business expansion plans, they are currently looking to hire an experienced Technical R&D Expert who can support them on new innovations and applications within Hydrocolloids, Emulsifiers/stabilizers domain.
It's an R&D role, where the ideal candidate will have complete ownership of moving the projects from concept to commericalization and should be technically competent to understand the client's customers requirements.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Food technology/Food Science/Chemical Process technology
- 5 to 10 years of experience in related Research/R&D/Application experience in Emulsifiers/ Stabilizers/ Hydrocolloids / related texturants for the Food Industry
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
