Focusing in construction chemicals, we are looking for the team to develop, grow and expand local business. Currently there're 3 openings for different product segments
- Flooring Solution
- Ready-Mixed Concrete
- Cement Additive
Main responsibility
- Lead the business in Indonesia, develop and implement business strategy. Be the key contact person for respective business segment
- Conduct market and competitor research, share insights with sales and product team
- Work closely with account managers to secure project and develop key accounts
- Drive new product development and launching projects
- Understand and lead price setting for respective products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering/chemistry or related field
- At least 6 years in product management/ marketing role with related products, people management experience would be a plus
- Must be familiar with product management and price setting
- Candidates with regional exposure would be a huge plus
