Business Analyst - Salesforce
As part of the new technology center, our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support their regional center for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Analyze and provide solutions to business requirements on Salesforce product.
- Work closely with technical team to ensure delivery, enhancement and development.
- Ensure project deliverables on changes and enhancement of the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure productivity and roll outs of solutions.
- Continually improve the process to ensure productivity accordingly to business needs.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce functional/technical or business analyst position.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud and App Exchange products.
- Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Alex and Visual force technologies.
- Salesforce certified candidates will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment and a problem solver.
