My client, a rapidly growing sales enablement technology company headquartered in Europe with customers in around 150 countries, are looking for a Sales Director to come set up a sales organization to take care of the APAC region.
You must be an independent self-starter with great commercial acumen to be able to drive the growth for the organization in the region by acquiring and developing enterprise accounts in the region adopting a solution selling approach and managing end to end sales process. You will be tasked with building up and leading a team of SDR's and Account Executives to further develop and support new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer success on a regular basis through scheduled conversations and meetings with the existing customers.
You will have a Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a similar field and at least 5 years of experience in B2B software sales setting selling to large Enterprise Accounts. You must have a proven track record of building and leading a team as well as exceeding sales team quota and must display a strong understanding of technology sales with cloud and enterprise solutions. You must be a strong hunter who thrives in managing the entire sales process right from lead generation to closing deals.
