My client is a very renowned and rapidly growing cloud-based technology company that deals with Small and Medium Businesses and as a part of their expansion plans are looking to bring onboard a Sales Manager to take care of their direct sales business in Asia.
You will be responsible for growing the direct sales business including online business in the region and managing, mentoring and developing a high performing sales team. You will be tasked with developing and driving the GTM strategy in the region with a view to increase brand awareness and direct sales sign ups. Leading a team of SDR's and Account Manager, you will ensure that the strategies are implemented well and the opportunities in the market are well capitalized by developing effective sales partnership relationships and program.
You will have 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing high performing teams through implementing effective sales processes. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment while effectively addressing commercial opportunities and risks through innovative application of your market experience and business acumen.
