The Retail Management role centers on achieving sales targets for all stores/counters while effectively managing stock inventory levels. The position involves compiling sales reports, enhancing the Dior brand image through visual displays and grooming, and executing promotional activities. Responsibilities also include coordinating retail operations, reviewing counter results, and ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities:

Sales Performance and Inventory Management:

  • Drive sales performance to meet management-defined targets.
  • Maintain optimal stock inventory at all counters.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, covering commercial lines and new launches.
  • Report competitor marketing activities to management.
Brand Image and Merchandising:

  • Elevate the Dior brand image through visual displays and grooming.
  • Ensure adherence to POS merchandising and decoration standards.
Promotion and Animation Management:

  • Oversee and execute promotional activities as directed by the Marketing department.
  • Manage event/animation preparation and compile feedback reports.
  • Ensure adequate staffing for each event/animation.
Retail Execution and Coordination:

  • Take charge of retail projects.
  • Enforce consistent use of tools and operating standards by counter teams.
  • Monitor counter results and progress, reviewing with counter managers/heads.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for beauty consultants.
Retail Performance and Systems:

  • Monitor the implementation of Dior Retail Operations standards and tools.
  • Support retail digital tools and systems for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Boutique Operation Manual policies and procedures.
  • Monitor service execution, performance, and productivity to enhance the client experience and sales.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor retail initiatives to drive performance improvement.
  • Responsible for generating retail reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and market estimations.
