Research Application Scientist - Bakery/Sweets & Chocolates
I have partnered with a leading International Food Specialties Business, to help them identify a suitable candidate for an Application Scientist role in Singapore.
Reporting to the Technical Director, this ideal candidate will be in charge of leading the core application technology within the Bakery and Confectionery domain mainly covering food applications, Ingredient interaction, Product development, and the related manufacturing technology (Mixing and Blending).
- Degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
- 5 to 10 years of experience of related working experience in Food Technology & Applications within Bakery, Starches, Sweeteners especially in the equipment's used for production and processing ingredients like oils, hydrocolloid, sweeteners and starches.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
