This company has been expanding all across the globe and for their next goal, they are looking to expand their brand awareness and sales revenue in Asia. As a Regional Sales Director, you will build the portfolio of brands in markets such as but not limited to Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, China and Australia by working closely with distributors and increasing profitability.
You will make business proposals, develop and negotiate contracts and build strong working relationships with the distributors. You will work closely with them to understand their challenges and offer recommendations and identify market opportunities.
To be sucessful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in commercial and business development roles within the spirits and beverage industry with a proven strong network in the region. Fluency in an Asian language coupled with strong communication and presentation skills is a must. Strong commercial acumen to negotiate, problem solve and propose solutions to clients is highly valued.
