As a Regional Medical Sales Director, you will be part of the global team leading the implementation of the sales strategy for the region, strengthening the execution of their portfolio across the medical channels alongside the sales team. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of the HCPs and market trends and making recommendations at a strategic level.

This includes ensuring the right go to market strategy and ensuring strong relationships are built with the KOLs and HCPs. In addition, you will ensure the sales force is equipped with the right tools, training and collaterals to excel in the market and ensuring the HCPs are engaged with the compelling content to sustain advocacy of the portfolio solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in medical or pharma sales both locally and regionally. Demonstrated success in leadership in a matrix organization and a well-acquainted network of HCPs and KOLs. Outstanding communicator who is able to influence a large sales team effectively.
