As part of business expansion, our client is looking for a Commercial Manager for the Asian markets. This role will play an active role in developing commercial strategies to support business growth, building the sales and marketing capabilities for the region and foster strong partnership with their distributors. You will manage the budget, improve processes to drive efficiencies with distributor management and be actively involved with hospital tenders.
You will also collaborate with the wider team including business development, regulatory, medical affairs, and supply chain to develop new product opportunities and providing support to business in various regions and building new customers. Support the marketing strategies as well as keep up to date of the competitive landscape.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Science preferably with an MBA with over 8 years of work experience in sales, marketing and commercial in the pharmaceutical industry. Regional experience is essential with a proven record in sales and business development as well as working with distributors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required with a strong flair for numbers and high business acumen.
