VOLT are currently partnered with a Global Technology Vendor (Cloud Software, Data Protection, Cybersecurity) to help them recruit a Regional Channel Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and Grow the Channel & Distribution Partner Ecosystem across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Phillipines
- Recruiting, motivating, training and coaching your established & New Resellers
- Develop the partner and alliance ecosystem to accelerate revenue and close sales with their end user customers, through individual and team target
- Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned channel partners
- Responsible for the sales quota, growth and direction of the sales channel partners
- Expand distribution partners, recruit new channel partners, as well as drive further growth from existing channel partners
- Develop and execute marketing programs with channel partners
- Work with sales team to advance opportunities to closure, including Presales and support
- Enter forecasting and account/opportunity details in Salesforce CRM
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role with a Technology Software Vendor (Software Product Company) focused on the SMB market
- Experience in Cloud Sales is a must
- Proven ability to upsell and manage a group of focused channel partners across the region
- Prior Software Sales experience through Distributors, VARs and DMRs
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
