Our client, a US MNC in the consulting and business advisory space is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high performing team.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be hiring across South East Asia, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong cultural awareness is a must! This is a great opportunity for someone who has at least 2 to 3 years of agency or in-house experience, who would like to develop their career in a global consulting firm.
You will be looking after the end to end recruitment process for roles in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia which means: screening applications, organising interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, attending post-interview debrief sessions, reference checking, managing the offer process with candidates and assisting with onboarding.
As the Recruitment Specialist, you will also be required to identify and engage with passive candidates in the market, ensure all information in the applicant tracking system is up to date, assist with campus recruiting, and contribute to hiring related initiatives and projects.
To be successful for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree, coupled with at least 3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency). You will have a strong ability to prioritise competing tasks and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at different levels is also required.
