I am currently working on an exciting opportunity with a leading International Specialty Chemicals Business to help them identify a suitable candidate for a R&D Application Team Leader position based in Singapore. It's a Leadership role, where the ideal candidate will be in charge of leading the R&D team on product development and formulation for their specific customer's needs in the APAC region.

Requirements
- Degree in Science
- Experience in Personal Care Applications / Formulation Development or in Consumer goods
- Strong knowledge in Surfactants/Polymer/Emulsion and Colloidal Chemistry
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Team player
- Willingness to travel
