Quality Systems Manager

My client is a renowned medical devices and health care solution provider. To meet the boosting standards in market, they are now looking for an experienced Quality System Manager.

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

  1. You will lead a QS team covering South East Asia region, including but not limited to Singapore and China;
  2. You will set up quality systems, and build up quality programs and ensure processes are under requirements;
  3. You will take care of supplier control and set quality oversight over suppliers and company entities;
  4. You will drive continuous improvement of quality management systems and support the conformity of process and product quality;
  5. You will support and develop for quality systems;
  6. You will contribute quality expertise to product development and manufacturing transfers, you will work closely with suppliers;
  7. You will oversee and lead key quality systems process;
  8. You will lead the site audit readiness and manage external audits;
  9. You will take preventive actions to improve the compliance of quality management systems;
  10. You will provide QA support collaborate with operating units improvement program;
  11. You will work with local team members in developing long and short-term quality goals and strategies;
  12. You will be CAPA board member and join CAPA and board meetings, and review all input sources trending and perform review on CAPA investigation;
  13. You will represent new entities and collaborate with peers for global quality initiatives and work closely among different sites within group.

Requirements:

  1. You will hold at least bachelor degree in engineering or related fields;
  2. You will have minimum 5 years management experience in both commercial and manufacturing quality control in medical devices industry.
  3. You will be familiar with China Good Manufacturing practices, ISO13485 and Singapore medical device regulatories;
  4. You will speak both fluent English and Mandarin as you will work closely with China team.
