Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects, including coordination of resources/staff and deliverables
- Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Managing budgeting and resource allocation; quality assurance
- Tracking deliverables and providing direction to your peers and stakeholders
- Presenting internal reports regarding progress and troubleshooting
- Implementing necessary changes and interventions to achieve desired outputs
- Finalizing and assessing overall goals and results
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science
- 3+ years working as a Business Analyst/Project Manager
- Certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt), COPC (CX), or ITIL
- A track record of people management, strategic planning, and risk management
