Jacobs - Project Administrator
You'll be reporting directly to the Project Director, and providing support to HR and Project teams for a Fortune 500 company.
The working hours are 8-6 Monday to Thursday, 8-5 on Fridays. This role is a two year contract, and the salary range for this role is $1800-2150. The office location is at Tuas, with shuttle bus pickups around the island.
The Responsibilities
- Collate, photocopy, and bind documents as required
- Process claims and invoices from the company to external clients and vendors
- General data entry into systems
- Assist with the meeting scheduling, training coordination, and file preparation
- Administration duties such as producing excel reports, powerpoint presentations, monthly statistic graphs, etc
- Asset management, such as supplies and personal protective equipment
- Actively support additional miscellaneous administrative processes
- Carry out general facilities management, overseeing site maintenance and liaising with vendors
- Handle claims and invoice processing
- Obtain and collate quotations from vendors and supplies as required
The Requirements
- Administrative and document management experience within a large office. Experience in a construction project setting is ideal, not a must have.
- Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to maintain good relations with clients, vendors, and other external parties
- Attention to detail and general problem solving ability
