Our client is a leading fintech company, with a strong presence across US, Europe, Middle East and SEA, in which they have been successful for more than a decade. The organization is seeking a Display and Programmatic Specialist who would be responsible for the day-to-day management, strategy, performance analytics and channel vision, across Display and Programmatic.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure accurate end-to-end management of Display & Programmatic campaigns
- Launch campaigns on time and in compliance with platform (DSP/DMP) best practices (naming conventions, IO/LI structure, frequency settings, prebid, etc) and in accordance of target goals & objectives as per business requirements
- Consistently delivers on day-to-day tasks for all assigned campaigns (daily pacing, weekly internal reports, monthly business reports, data integrity, etc)
- Prepare and present campaign results; Recommend strategies with ROI-focused insights and recommendations to improve channel performance
- Manage deal economics, publisher relationships, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions
- Provide strategic plans and build strategic vision for Display & Programmatic
- Good interpretation of attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Check the latest trends and new technologies in programmatic/ad/mar-tech to improve the team's function
- Good project manager who demonstrates ability to multi-task between multiple projects/ deliverables
- Able to prioritize tasks with minimal oversight from manager (able to discern cost/benefit to decide priorities independently)
- Communicates successes, failures, and escalations to line manager in a timely manner
Key Requirements
- Related work experience in a media agency or in-house
- Extensive working knowledge of online ad technology including DSPs and exchanges, third-party ad servers, DMPs, dashboards, web analytics tools
- Analytical and Data Driven: Is passionate about using data and insights to inform strategies, understanding performance and assisting in developing communications of successes and improvements of the marketing and media strategy
- Strong aptitude for numerical detail and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills are essential
- Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality reports
- Demonstrate a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks with team members
- Detail oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities; Must meet deadlines, be organized, follow-through while responding quickly and effectively to ever-changing business needs
- Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing
- A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of digital marketing/ advertising industry trends
