  • All members of Spares & Tooling contribute evenly to the goals of its business and stand in for any kind of request legated to it

Main Responsibilities

  • Owns its Product in relation to the parts business
  • Owner SP Standards (Implementing SP standards in new products )
  • Gate keeper of first definition of spares for new products
  • Handling of RFQ not defined SP in SD and non standard spares
  • Handling of Machindown cases
  • Connecting link to BU - Operations
  • Generate and maintain SP documentation ( second level )
  • SP Run- out and in coordinator
  • Training of R&D in SP issues
  • Owner of new tools for SP-documentation
  • Handling Returns

Authorization

  • Decision to refuse Product if it reaches project Gate without sufficient documentation level
  • Decision whether parts can be sold or not
  • Setting and changing of master data in CADIM
  • Defines appearance of SP Manual together with BU responsible

Meet or exceed goals according annual target

Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering
Professional experience:
  • Experience in SP-Documentation design
  • Project work
  • Work experience in in a technical field with additional Administration degree.
Technical skills:
  • Excellent ERP knowledge
  • Experience in using CAD and PLM systems
  • Teaching and Coaching Skills
  • Process analyzing skills
Language competencies:
  • Proficiency in English
Further skills necessary:
  • Reliable, exact, able to work under pressure, Team player, Affinity to technical related fields, Languages: Excellent in oral and written in German and English, further Languages will be an asset
  • Intercultural competences
