A global healthcare leader is seeking a Product Manager professional to join their dynamic marketing team focused on IVD. This role is responsible for the alignment and implementation of regional marketing strategies and tactics for all products nominated as part of the RTI/HAI/Enterics portfolio with global and APAC business objectives. You will customise and drive the regional RTI/HAI/Enteric marketing strategy to ensure successful implementation at the local country level.
The position involves a high-level interaction with the Global Business Units and the APAC sales and business leaders to develop new markets, expand existing businesses, launch new products, enhance organic growth, and achieve expected sales targets.
The successful candidate would be degree-educated in Medical or Health Science or equivalent and have at least 3 years of international product management experience preferably across the APAC region. You would have a strong appreciation and understanding of a culturally diverse organization particularly in relation to building relationships and establishing a supportive environment. You would also have a strong ability to positively influence and work effectively cross-functional teams across the business.
