My client is an industry leader within the semiconductor industry and is looking to hire a Procurement Specialist with 2-3 years of experience, ideally this candidate will have a similar background either in electronics or the semiconductor space.
Responsibilities
- Make sure to look through the approval list and execute all items within the given time frame as given
- Coordinate with the sales team to come up with the list of needed parts to support all business units and their procurement requirements
- Make sure that all suppliers receive their monthly purchase orders
- Conduct quality assurance for all suppliers
- Mitigate any possible issues within the suppliers and the company
- Adhere to all compliance laws and support the internal team with making sure all documents are ready for auditing
Requirements
- Degree holder in Engineering, Business or Supply chain and Logistics
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
