I am currently working on an exciting role with a leading International Business who specialize in Optics, Optoelectronics and Laser products for a broad range of Industrial applications. They are currently looking to hire a Principal Process Integration Engineer, who will be responsible for wafer level process integration to establish production ready optical engines.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of related experience in Silicon Photonics / Optics / Lasers / Semiconductor test/packaging (optoelectronics, MEMS etc.)
- Proven working experience in packaging design or processes, and program/project management in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communicational skills
