My client is a very renowned and rapidly growing cloud-based technology company that deals with Small and Medium Businesses and as a part of their expansion plans are looking to bring onboard a Partner Sales Manager to take care of their Asia business.
You will be responsible for driving the channel sales strategy in the region and managing, mentoring and developing the Partner Channel Sales team. You will be tasked with developing and driving the GTM strategy in the region with a view to recruit more partners, more customers through increased brand awareness. Leading a team of SDR's and Account Managers as well as the partner sales team, you will ensure that the strategies are implemented well and the opportunities in the market are well capitalized.
You will have at least 5 years of proven experience in managing high performing teams through implementing effective sales processed. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment while effectively addressing commercial opportunities and risks through innovative application of your market experience and business acumen.
