Office Admin & Business Support Specialist - Perm role

  • Location : International Business Park, West Area of Singapore
  • Permanent Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Stakeholders in the Business, this role will be responsible for the full spectrum of Office Administration and Business Support activities for the Singapore Office. Areas of Focus :

  • Manage office administration including Office Inventory management and office expenses
  • Document management and filing system of confidential documents
  • Documents and Product Samples couriering and related management of processes
  • Internal and external meeting arrangements and travel arrangements for senior stakeholders in the business

Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma / Degree from recognised institution
  • 1-4 years of related experience in a similar role / office administration
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful team player
  • Working experience and knowledge / exposure in SAP is a must
  • Able and comfortable to work in International Business Park, West area of Singapore
