This is a newly created role to lead the regional marketing roadmap building the launch excellence capability across multiple pharma portfolios. They have an exciting pipeline of new product launches which you will be immersed in ensuring best in class competitive launches and timelines across their key markets and brands.
You will work closely with the brand, market access and market insights teams to get alignment and strategically and operationally drive the marketing excellence framework. This will largely include process improvements to maximize business value and optimal life cycle management. As part of your role, you will keep at the forefront of the competitor landscape and trends and implement any new techniques and tools for positioning, communication and market segmentation.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 12 years of work experience in sales, marketing and product launch experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You must have at least 5 years of regional/APAC/global experience with extensive experience in the launch process including pre-launch planning, pipeline and post. Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time. Demonstrated leadership in a matrix environment with a track record of influencing to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to think strategically and problem solve with higher management.
