Are you a self-starter with strong completer finisher skills? This is a great opportunity to hone your management skillsets managing large complex multi country projects working cross functionally across commercial and medical. To drive this agenda, you will play a hugely influencing and advisory role to various senior stakeholders and drive operational excellence.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of regional projects using the organizations processes and frameworks as a guidance and building the overall capabilities and sharing best practices ensuring delivery on timelines.

You will review all projects in the pipeline, discuss prioritization and identify resources required as well as find opportunities to streamline reporting and communication to drive value and engagement across the various markets. Any risks to be flagged with corrective proposals to mitigate them. You will be responsible for the timely flow of information to project owners, ensure appropriate procedure for completion and good hand-over is done. You will submit weekly reports for leadership review and capture actions identified throughout lifecycle of the project.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of work experience in marketing/sales/commercial excellence/project management in the pharma or healthcare industry in a regional capacity. You need to possess strong project management skills, being able to work independently and prioritize according to business needs. Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge in a constructive manner and manage conflicting deadlines. You should be a problem solver, calculated risk taker and excellent communicator to thrive in a matrix environment. Having a strong business acumen as well as understanding of the regulatory and government affairs will be beneficial.
