Manager - Retail Digital Systems
A leading organization in Singapore is looking for a Manager for their digital team to lead and manage their existing digital product operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline and management operations and BAU activities and processes for their existing product portfolios (including web, mobile, CMS, CRM, payment systems, e-commerce, etc.)
- Act as subject-matter-expert for guidance to team members for products-related issues.
- Own, solution and deliver product vision, strategy and roadmap related to technical and business operations.
- Responsible for entire product development life cycle, from requirements gathering, analysis, prototyping, solutioning, implementation and support.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and and define solutions that achieve alignment between business and product.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams through cross-domain knowledge and skills.
- Follow-through on IT governance processes in the company in relation to the product
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in working with managing operations for digital-related portfolios.
- Expertise in managing technologies including mobile applications, OLTP web applications, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management systems (CRM), OCR technology, API management, digital payment systems, e-commerce, etc.
- Technical knowledge on applications and infrastructure management designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills to be able to conceptualize solutions and new initiatives.
- Strong product management and project management to deliver multiple projects implementation.
- Strong communication skills to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
