This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Logistics professional with a successful track record managing Distribution Centres and cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate the Logistics, Transportation, Inventory, Warehousing, Trade Compliance and Customer Service Activities
- Implement Logistics Planning and Strategy for Asia's DC
- Manage strategic, operational and tactical team
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time-delivery of shipments
- Drive continuous improvement practices across all functions (Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, Customs and Trade Compliance, Inventory Management)
- 3PL supplier management (sourcing, identification, evaluation, selection and development)
- Ensures compliance with quality (ISO 9002), customs and trade regulations
- Collaborates in the implementation of ESH protocols and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or Engineering field
- At least 10 years of experience in Logistics function with 4 years of managerial experience of Distribution Centres and Customer Service (big plus)
- IT proficient: Microsoft Office Package and SAP
- Strong understanding of Customs and Trade Compliance regulations (i.e. MES & Incoterms)
- Experience managing external warehouse and 3PL service providers (Air & Sea)
- Preferably from EMS/Semiconductor/Medical Device background
