Project Manager - 24 Months Contract - Singapore

The Project Manager is a key hire to help them with their process of digitalising and modernising. This role will oversee - Development, Business & Tester aspects of the project. Therefore, it is important that you have experience in leading a team and he/she will manage the day-to-day project activities of these teams.
You must also be confident and knowledgeable about the complex enterprise systems used by my client as you will be required to diagnose any inbound problems at times if the respective personnel are not able to solve them and you will be responsible to the stakeholders with their complex systems. Governance and execution of the development of the project should be held in high regard, especially with this client.
This project manager should and must be proficient in IT Systems Project Development and Implementation. He/she should also have 2-3 years of Project Management, prior IT and/or Government domain would be a plus point as well. Agile / Scrum methodologies are required and excellent command of English and Mandarin would be ideal as well as this Project Manager will be handling overseas counterparts/clients.
