Asia's iconic integrated resort is looking for an IT Application Support with 4+ years of hands-on experience in L2 application support, UAT and SQL.
- Troubleshooting resorts applications such as ticketing, hotel, F&B, retail systems, etc
- Resolving critical incidents within SLA
- Evaluating business processes
- Develop and update operational documents such as maintenance plans, procedures, work instructions
- Fix vulnerabilities raised by IT security
- Uncovering areas for improvement
- Stakeholder management and reports
- Complete audit reviews and compliance related activities on time
This is a 12 Months contract position and is possible to convert to permanent.
