My client is looking for an HRIS Executive to join their team in HQ in East Singapore.
- They will be the primary contact for the HRIS system which is SAP, SuccessFactors implementation
- Responsible for the maintenance to Data in HRIS
- Work with Relevant Stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues
- Work with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and build reports in HRIS
- Monitor and troubleshoot all interface users with senior stakeholders
- Provide day to day support to users
- Any other Ad Hoc HR Projects as requested
- Will be looking to develop the Performance Management, Talent Management Employee Data Portal and Payroll functions
Degree or diploma holder needed
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years' experience handling HRIS implementation, ideally SucessFactors
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong at working with Data and Reporting
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Should be fluent in English and Mandarin as this role will communicate with Mandarin speaking employees
