VOLT Singapore are looking for an HRBP specialising in Employee Relations for a well-known organization based in the MBFC area.
Performance Management and handling grievances will be an important part of the role, therefore you will need to have extensive and proven prior experience and be able to manage senior stakeholders effectively to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
This person will be working alongside another HRBP and reporting to the VP of HR also based in Singapore.
This is a replacement role with the current incumbent having been in this role for 10+ years. This role will look at full employee lifecycle from on-boarding and will manage at headcount of 150 and will encompass Finance, Legal, Admin, and several of the Business Units.
This will be a constantly changing role and may include some changes to job scope from time to time, so a flexible approach is crucial, as the ability to react and work quickly with a complex and heavy workload.
This is not an MNC as such therefore systems and processes are manual in places so this again will need to be considered.
