Job Description
Full cycle of HR operations (ie. Timely submission of Payroll, income tax, leave management, etc)
Responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, offer letter
and package discussion
Effective self sourcing through job postings, active and passive sourcing, referrals and networking
Lead HR initiatives and recreational team
Maintaining and updating employee information and HR policies
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, laws, policies and procedures
Responsible for administering and managing MOM surveys, work passes, government grants and support schemes
Liaise across internal departments and/or with external parties for collaboration on Marketing, Audit, Insurance, etc.
Handling corporate and group insurance
Conduct HR briefings/sessions for joiners and leavers
Generating benchmarking exercises, reports, when required
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education
Degree qualification in Human Resources Management
Work experience
3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
Expertise and methodology
(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)
Experience in HR softwares (ie. STIBO, SAP, etc)
Proficient in Microsoft office
Other requirement criteria
(Personal related competence as social competence, management competence, strategic competence, willingness to travel, etc.)
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Social competences to work in cross-cultural and international environment.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, other languages are an advantage.
Dedicated and dependable to execute projects & tasks
Possess high level of conceptual and analytical thinking skills
Strong time management and self-discipline for the tight deadlines and tasks on hand
