The HR Operations and Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the organization, including monthly reporting, budgeting, and ad-hoc financial analysis. They ensure that the level of management reporting is constantly improved by developing a good rapport with business controllers, creating clear and detailed analysis.
In addition, the Manager handles the HR operations, including payroll validation, and manages HR information systems such as creating and updating employee information while ensuring that the data is 100% accurate. Power BI, Accounting and Controlling would be required as well.
The Manager is accountable for completing all reporting requirements for the organization and preparing the budget and revisions in accordance with the parent company requirements. They also manage the monthly payroll validation, IR8A process, and monthly/quarterly accrual reporting with finance.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and should be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. They must also have a strong system-oriented background, possess accounting and controlling knowledge and have a university degree in business/finance or a related field. The minimum experience required for this role is 10 years in HR Operations, data management, and basic staff cost budgeting.
